Dear Mockupline.com Customer

The Terms of Service below are a legal agreement between you or the employer or other person (“you” or “Customer) with whom you have made this contract and Mockupline and determine your rights and responsibilities associated with any content licensed for your use. By making this Terms of Service agreement, you verify that the country of your residence is the same country as stated on your billing address.

When purchasing any content, please read these Terms of Service again. Mockupline reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at its sole discretion at any time. Before these changes take effect, Mockupline will take reasonable steps to notify you. These notifications can be sent via e-mail to your e-mail address registered in your Mockuplineaccount, or posted on this page or on your login page, or by any other means that is determined by Stocby management. These changes will only be apply to subsequent purchases (including automatic renewals). When you grant a license of a content after these changes are made, you agree to be subject to be changed in the Terms of Service.

THIS LICENSE IS A SINGLE LICENSE THAT AUTHORIZES USAGE OF SOLELY TO THE PURCHASER OF DOWNLOADED CONTENT.

IN CASE OF A PURCHASE THE RIGHT OF A DOWNLOADED CONTENT LICENSE, THE CONTENT WILL BE LIMITED AS PERMISSION BY YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

EXTENDED VISUAL LICENSE (in addition to clauses 1-4 above and specifically for Extended Image Licenses) gives you the right to use images as follows:

    1. In any way permitted under the Standard Visual License, without any limitation in the number of duplicate and print or in the budget;
    2. Without any restrictions, usage of the mentioned products are limited to: textiles, designer products, magnets, wallpapers, calenders, toys, office supplies, greeting cards, any other products manufactured to be sold in retail (including all kinds of physical reproductions), any products produced for marketing purposes, including any other products that possess any other functions and creative elements other than the visuals themselves.
    3. The use of an advertising space owned by you or your customer for non-sales purposes in decorative murals (without any other creative or functional element).
    4. Including elements of digital templates for sales or distribution purposes.
